These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website www.mdcstore.pt.

By placing an order, you agree to comply with all rules set forth here.

3. Products and Availability

We sell exclusively physical products.

All product information (descriptions, images and prices) is provided in good faith.

Product availability may vary. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices include applicable VAT.

Accepted payment methods:

  • MB Way
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal
  • Credit Card

Payment is processed at the time of order.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira, Europe and many other countries.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

After dispatch, a tracking code will be provided whenever possible.

6. Exchanges and Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of the item to exchange or return it.

To request an exchange or return, contact us at geral@mdcstore.pt providing:

  • Reason for dissatisfaction
  • Order number
  • Item you wish to exchange for (of equal or higher value)

Shipping costs for the returned and replacement item are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

7. Warranties and Liability

Products comply with applicable legal quality and safety standards.

We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect use or transport after delivery.

8. Data Protection and Cookies

The website uses cookies, newsletters and external services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Stripe.

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is used exclusively to process orders and related communications.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement.

If this is not possible, Portuguese law shall apply and the competent courts shall be those of Portugal.
