Are items marked as “sold out” restocked?
Not always, our collections are limited editions. Still, feel free to reach out to us at geral@mdcstore.pt.
Is it possible to exchange or return an order?
Of course!
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the item to exchange or return it.
Please contact us at geral@mdcstore.pt, providing:
- The reason you were not satisfied (so we can improve);
- The order number;
- And, in the case of an exchange, the item you would like to exchange it for (of equal or higher value).
The shipping costs for returning the item and sending the new one are the customer’s responsibility.
After we receive your exchange or return request, we will send you all the instructions on how to proceed.
